Jeremy is a career entrepreneur who has spent the last fifteen years building companies at the intersection of technology and home services. He previously founded Lawn Love, which he grew
into a national brand in lawn care, with 7,000+ team members
operating across 120 cities. Now on a mission to build the first national brand in pool service.
Fun fact: Jeremy received his GED at 16 and skipped college entirely to start his first company. He's since been seen guest lecturing at Harvard Business School.

Kyle is the founder of PoolLogic, which partnered with Cabana in 2024. With 7+ years of experience in the pool industry spanning operations, team building, and company growth, Kyle now oversees operations across Cabana.

Ron is a 40-year pool industry veteran and deep expert in all things pool care. He is the founder of Cody's Pool Service, which partnered with Cabana in 2025, and now heads up the Sacramento region.

Operations Manager
David is a 38-year pool industry veteran and commercial pool service expert. He has held a CPO-Instructor certification for 20 of those years, and has helped hundreds of pool technicians earn their CPO credentials over the course of his career. He also runs the Los Angeles region at Cabana.

Office Manager | HR | Billing
Averie has 7 years of operational experience helping businesses expand. She supports Cabana’s operations across billing, HR, payroll, employee and customer onboarding, and day-to-day problem solving. She helps keep teams aligned, customers supported, and internal processes running smoothly as the company grows.
Fun fact: She loves planning team events and get-togethers when everyone’s at HQ. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, or catching some sun by the pool.

Mikhail is a senior software engineer who has spent the last decade building scaled consumer products across a variety of industries. He hails from Brooklyn.
