One thing we especially appreciate is how communicative and proactive he is. If he notices something going on with our pool, he’ll actually message us and let us know, which is something we didn’t really experience with our previous pool service. He also takes the time to explain what’s happening and gives us helpful tips on what we can do to maintain the pool in between his weekly visits. We’ve even had a pool emergency come up, and Jake was very responsive over text and helped us figure out what to do. He’s approachable, reliable, and always willing to answer our questions. It’s really nice having a pool tech who doesn’t just come, service the pool, and leave, he actually keeps us informed and makes sure everything is taken care of. We definitely feel like our pool is in good hands with Jake annd Cabana pool service and would highly recommend him and the company!

Our ancient pool pump finally died and we asked Cabana for an estimate. Ron was over that very day and scoped out the situation, made a recommendation, which we accepted. Ryan and Greg figured out how to install a modern pump into a very old system-- and it fired up right away. They were great-- and fast -- in and out in about 90 minutes. It pays to go with guys who are experienced and can troubleshoot.

My pool gets serviced by DJ and he always does a thorough job. In the past with another service not all things were being done as stated but DJ and Cabana has always done what’s expected to get done and I always get an update after with what was done and a picture. My pool has never looked better!

I really appreciate Fernando's attention to detail, especially getting the algae off of the grout between tiles. Also, when we had our filter cleaned by a different technician, it had a small leak when reassembled, which Fernando noticed and fixed right away.

Our experience with Cabana Pool Company had a few bumps along the way, but ultimately ended on a very positive note. After a heater replacement, we did run into some issues, including a mess left behind and the system not working correctly. Later that same day, our spa began draining, which was stressful—especially heading into the weekend. It took a few visits to fully diagnose everything, and we learned the unit had been wired incorrectly and a valve was set in the wrong position. That said, Anthony truly turned the experience around. He quickly identified and fixed the issue, restored the spa, and made sure everything was working properly. What really stood out was the time he took to walk us through how to use our pool and spa system. Thanks to him, we even discovered features like waterfalls and jets we didn’t know we had.
