High conditioner levels, contamination or other water problems can lead to a drain-and-restart recommendation. Cabana reviews the condition first. A green or cloudy pool may need a different treatment, and a blocked drain is a different problem from replacing the pool water.
High dissolved solids, conditioner buildup or heavy contamination can call for water replacement. Our service manager reviews the water condition and property before recommending a full or partial drain. A partial replacement can dilute buildup; other pools need treatment or equipment work.

Our drain-and-refill work includes brushing and rinsing the shell, refilling and balancing the new water. Startup chemistry includes calcium and salt where the pool has a salt cell. The service manager confirms discharge arrangements, timing and the approach for your property before work. Leave the water in place until that assessment is complete.
Brushing and rinsing clean the shell during a drain. Persistent stains may need a separate treatment, while damaged plaster or tile needs repair. We assess the finish before recommending an acid wash and quote that work separately.

Cabana pools has been doing a great job taking care of our pool for almost two years. Jake did a great job servicing our Jacuzzi. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to thoroughly drain and clean the spa, get everything back up and running, and make sure the water was properly balanced. He was also easy to communicate with and showed up when he said he would. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Jake to anyone looking for reliable spa service.

I really appreciate Fernando's attention to detail, especially getting the algae off of the grout between tiles. Also, when we had our filter cleaned by a different technician, it had a small leak when reassembled, which Fernando noticed and fixed right away.
