A few algae spots and a pool full of green, cloudy water are different jobs. Send photos that show the water and affected surfaces. The service manager reviews the condition and explains whether a one-time clean, green-pool recovery or another service is appropriate.
We brush and treat the pool, remove dead algae and debris, and finish the recovery with a filter clean. Green-pool recovery takes multiple visits. Severe buildup can require additional cleanup, so we set the schedule from the pool condition.

How it works
Send the address, photos and a description of how the condition changed.
The service manager assesses the condition and quotes the proposed recovery work.
We return for treatment and debris removal as the pool recovers, then complete the filter clean. The condition determines the visits needed.
Heavy debris can overwhelm the filter while a pool is being cleaned. For heavy dead-algae removal, Cabana uses an external pump to vacuum waste out rather than sending it through the pool filter. The team decides which cleanup method the pool needs.
Black algae can need repeated treatment and a different plan from green-pool recovery. Photos help us distinguish a suspected algae problem from staining or surface damage before quoting the work.
Weekly service is quoted separately from recovery. Regular water care and working filtration still matter after the water clears. Ask the service team when the pool can be used again and what to do between visits; water color or a fixed number of hours is not a clearance to swim.
