Meet our leadership team

Jeremy Y.

CEO
Jeremy is a career entrepreneur who has spent the last fifteen years building companies at the intersection of technology and home services. He previously founded Lawn Love, which he grew into a national brand in lawn care, with 7,000+ team members operating across 120 cities. Now on a mission to build the first national brand in pool service.

Fun fact: Jeremy received his GED at 16 and skipped college entirely to start his first company. He's since been seen guest lecturing at Harvard Business School.

Carter H.

Head of M&A
Carter blends an operator’s mindset with a dealmaker’s instinct. He’s led acquisitions, built financial systems from scratch, and helped scale businesses from early stages to meaningful exits. At Cabana, he’s focused on growing through smart M&A and financial excellence.

Fun fact: Carter was previously a D1 linebacker at Penn State, before discovering he loved numbers more than tackling people.

Eric L.

Head of Technology
Eric sets the engineering vision and builds teams that turn product ideas into scalable software. With 20+ years of programming experience, he served as CTO at Lawn Love and Previos, driving marketplace growth and product delivery. This Boise-based leader brings the same precision to mountain biking, car restoration, and pour-over coffee as he does to code.

Kyle B.

Head of Operations
Kyle is the founder of PoolLogic, which partnered with Cabana in 2024. With 7+ years of experience in the pool industry spanning operations, team building, and company growth, Kyle now oversees operations across Cabana.

Kenji Y.

Head of Growth
Kenji is a growth marketer with 15 years of experience building lead gen channels and running performance marketing. He previously ran a growth marketing agency before joining Cabana.

Fun fact: Kenji dropped out of his philosophy PhD program after deciding digital marketing was cooler than Descartes.

Ron C.

General Manager
Ron is a 40-year pool industry veteran and deep expert in all things pool care. He is the founder of Cody's Pool Service, which partnered with Cabana in 2025, and now heads up the Sacramento region.

Fun fact: Ron is a former Major League Baseball player who pitched for the Marlins.

David H.

Operations Manager
David is a 38-year pool industry veteran and commercial pool service expert. He has held a CPO-Instructor certification for 20 of those years, and has helped hundreds of pool technicians earn their CPO credentials over the course of his career. He also runs the Los Angeles region at Cabana.

Fun fact: David took his first plane ride when he was in his 40's.

Averie R.

Office Manager | HR | Billing
Averie has 7 years of operational experience helping businesses expand. She supports Cabana’s operations across billing, HR, payroll, employee and customer onboarding, and day-to-day problem solving. She helps keep teams aligned, customers supported, and internal processes running smoothly as the company grows.

Fun fact: She loves planning team events and get-togethers when everyone’s at HQ. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, or catching some sun by the pool.

Mikhail M.

Senior Software Engineer
Mikhail is a senior software engineer who has spent the last decade building scaled consumer products across a variety of industries. He hails from Brooklyn.

Fun fact: Mikhail is a reality TV contestant who was featured on Race to Survive, where he and a partner raced across New Zealand in near starvation conditions.

Jake T.

Service Manager
Jake has seven years of pool service experience and has been helping lead the Sacramento region alongside Ron for many years. He's a domain expert in pool chemistry and a Certified Pool Operator.

Fun fact: Jake used to race motorcycles professionally, has won championships, and has more than a few bits of titanium bolted to his frame.

Stephen S.

Service Manager
Steve is a pool industry veteran with 13 years of expertise in water chemistry and comprehensive maintenance. He's dedicated to training the next generation of pool technicians while mastering all aspects of pool care and repair.

Alfred R.

Service Manager
Alfred has worked with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to mom-and-pop brick-and-mortars, helping with operations, sales, and marketing. He thrives in building systems, creating clarity, and bringing momentum where it's needed most. Outside of work, he enjoys lifting, running, golf, travel, his faith, books, and his fiancee.

Cory L.

Service Manager
Cory has over a decade of leadership experience across various service industries. He was previously a GM at 1-800-GOT-JUNK, where he led operations across the East Bay Area. Outside of work, you'll usually find him outdoors: hiking, paddling, playing sports, or exploring new trails around San Diego.

Ishaan M.

Product and Design
Ishaan is an entrepreneur and designer who leads product and design at Cabana, shaping the tools and experiences that power the company's operations and customer interactions.

Rob T.

Service Manager
Rob brought his skills to the pool industry in 2022, working as a supervisor for one of San Diego's largest pool service companies. He earned his CPO certification and handles all aspects of pool maintenance, from simple service to green- to-cleans.
